- The applicant must be of Egyptian nationality and be a natural person, not an institution or company.
- A single family (husband, wife and minor children) is not allowed to apply to book more than one housing unit.
- The applicant or his family is not entitled to receive cooperative financing or financial support from previous housing projects or from any public entity that provides support for housing units.
- The applicant and his family members are prohibited from previously obtaining a housing unit in any other social housing project.
