Allocation is not based on priority. Learn how to arrange the reservations in the “Housing for All Egyptians” apartments

The Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support Fund asked citizens wishing to obtain a residential apartment not to crowd in front of post offices to obtain the terms and conditions booklet for the new offering within the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians” for the low- and middle-income categories.

Dr. Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and New Urban Communities Fund, confirmed that there is no priority or preference for citizens who obtain the conditions booklet early in the announcement, and that there are specific rules for applying preference to applicants in all announcements issued by the Fund, not including purchasing the conditions booklet early. The Social Housing Fund relies on a priority system in allocating project apartments over reserving apartments in other projects such as Sakan Misr, Dar Misr and Janna, where reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis on the website. However, allocation in social housing is first for the married applicant with dependents, including (widower/spouse with dependents - divorced/spouse with dependents), then the married person, then the single applicant, and priority in each category is for the youngest, and in the event of equal age, priority is given to the largest family. This priority is determined in light of the data recorded by the reserving citizens, and the priority number for each citizen is a non-final number and may change in the event that any of the data provided is proven to be incorrect.
