1- Darat Al Wadi Project Apartments
The first projects that will be offered in the coming period are residential units ready for immediate delivery to low-, limited- and middle-income citizens.
This is within the first phase of the "Darat Al Wadi" project in the city of Kharga in the New Valley Governorate.
This is done in cooperation between the Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support and the Housing Finance Fund.
The apartments offered come within the Central Bank of Egypt's real estate financing initiative, directed by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, with an interest rate of only 3%, which is a decreasing interest for a maximum period of 30 years, issued on July 13, 2021.

Sisi Apartments
The new announcement includes offering 160 housing units in the city of Kharga in the New Valley Governorate, and this is only in the phase (first phase).
These units will be divided between units for low-income citizens and units for middle-income citizens.
Dr. Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support, pointed out that the units for low-income people have an area of approximately 110 m2, which are very satisfactory areas.
These areas are three rooms and a hall for the residential apartment.
The price of the residential unit, housing apartments
and the selling price of the residential unit is 328.5 thousand pounds, while the value of the direct cash support from the state ranges.
To between 5 thousand and 60 thousand pounds, and the value of the indirect support is around 689 thousand pounds.
This support is represented in (the maximum value of the real estate finance return support in addition to the value of the unit's share of the cost of implementing public utilities and the difference in the cost of building the unit).
In addition to 60,000 thousand pounds, provided that the reservation deposit is 15,000 thousand pounds and the administrative expenses are 405 pounds.
Provided that a minimum of 10% of the total sale price of the residential apartment is paid to complete the rest of the reservation deposit upon contracting.
Dr. Mai Abdel Hamid explained that the citizen wishing to reserve a housing unit within the units offered in the Darat Al Wadi project.
He can purchase the application conditions booklet, which will be made available through the automated post offices at the level of the New Valley Governorate, and it will be possible to pay the down payment for reserving the housing unit.
And administrative expenses at the automated post offices at the level of the Republic, and the reservation data is recorded and the attached form and declaration are uploaded.
With the conditions booklet on the Fund's website during the period from Monday to Wednesday (for citizens with disabilities only), and from Thursday corresponding to Thursday (for all citizens including people with disabilities).
2- Beit Al Watan
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities is preparing to launch a new phase of the "Beit Al Watan" project.
It is scheduled to announce during the coming period the determination of prices and numbers according to the vision of the Ministry of Housing and the regulations in force in the Authority.
The Beit Al Watan project is considered one of the most important opportunities for all residents abroad to obtain a plot of land or a housing unit.
From the projects of the Ministry of Housing, the new offering from Beit Al Watan includes residential plots for individuals, plots of land with mixed activity, cemeteries, villas, various residential units (housing: luxury - above average - average), and administrative units.

The new offering of residential units also includes housing villas in the projects of the New Administrative Capital and New Mansoura City.
3- Rental housing apartments
Rental apartments are one of the most important projects expected to be offered, which is the rental apartments project.
This was done after President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi ordered the offering of 100,000 new housing units under the rental system, at the beginning of this year.
According to statements by officials at the Social Housing Fund, work is currently underway to complete the inventory of rental housing units.
Which will be offered in the first phase of the project, and the reservation of the first phase will be soon, as the units of the first phase will be among the units implemented in the current projects.
They are fully finished residential units and ready for housing, noting that the current residential units are similar to those offered in the previous phase of rental apartments that were in 2016.
The rental period in these residential units will also be specified in the contract, as well as the rental value.
There will be some alternatives available to applicants, and the unit can be owned at the end of the rental period.
The units will be furnished and ready for housing by rent, and at the end of the rental period, ownership of the unit will be made available with a deduction of the monthly rent from the price of the unit.
President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, at the beginning of this year, ordered the implementation of 100,000 units under the rental system, in light of facilitating access to a housing unit for citizens, and confronting any manifestations of illegal construction.
4- Governorate Capitals Development Apartments
The government is currently implementing 500,000 apartments within the presidential initiative project to develop governorate capitals, through the Urban Development Fund, as the project aims to develop and grow the governorate capitals areas and preserve areas with a distinctive character, and work to provide the needs and requirements of the population.
The name Dara was given to the first phase of the project, which is located in 6 governorates: Sharkia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Minya, Qena and Sohag.
Reservation and delivery dates
All units are fully finished and there are 2 elevators in each building, with reservations opening after 4 months and delivery by the end of 2024.
Ehab Hanafi, Coordinator of the Urban Development Fund, said that the governorate capitals development project is one of the most important projects currently being implemented, noting that the fund is cooperating with a private company to handle reservation and marketing operations.
Hanfy added that no prices have been set for the units yet, noting that the apartments have different specifications to suit the largest number of citizens, including medium and luxury units, and there are projects similar to the compound.
5- Middle-income housing apartments Sakan Misr - Dar Misr - Jannah
The Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support are also offering a new phase of medium and limited housing apartments.
These projects are (Sakan Misr - Dar Misr - Jannah), but so far the locations of the new offering have not been announced in detail.
However, it is expected that the offering will be in the same cities where the last announcement was made and the application for it ended at the end of last month.
