Two models of units are available in the "Housing for All Egyptians 5" project. The first model is 75 square meters, fully finished and constitutes the vast majority of the units ready for delivery.
The second model is 90 square meters, fully finished and constitutes more than 80% of the units offered. These units will be delivered within 3 years from the date of sorting the applications, with the possibility of paying the units over a maximum period of 20 years.

The down payment for the units is expected to be between 30 and 35 thousand pounds, with quarterly installments paid for 12 installments. The value of the installment will be between 6 and 8 thousand pounds. The receipt payment will vary from one person to another based on age, monthly income and financing criteria.
The initial prices of the residential units are expected to increase by 15%, which means that the price of the residential units of social housing will start from 350 thousand pounds and reach 575 thousand pounds depending on the city. Completion of the implementation of buildings and facilities in them
The Minister of Housing also directed the implementation of service projects at the sites of the presidential initiative "Housing for All Egyptians", in conjunction with the implementation of buildings, as well as paying attention to site coordination work first-hand at the sites where the implementation of buildings and facilities has been completed, to deliver the units to their beneficiaries with ready services.

In the Tenth of Ramadan City, Eng. Alaa Moneeb, Chairman of the City Authority, followed up on the completion of the implementation of the units of the presidential initiative "Housing for All Egyptians - Middle Income Axis" in the regional services area.
Eng. Alaa Moneeb explained that 86 buildings with 1632 housing units are being implemented, and the average implementation rate is approximately 80%, as approximately 1152 units have been completed, including the connection works to the facilities and the general site coordination works in the city, noting that the areas of the units range from (100 - 110 - 120) m2 / unit, and they are delivered fully finished.
In the Capital Gardens City, Eng. Ammar Mandour, Chairman of the City Authority, inspected the work being implemented in the units of the presidential initiative "Housing for All Egyptians - Low-Income Axis" in an area of 2350 acres, accompanied by officials of the Authority, where he directed the need for continuous follow-up of the work to complete it with the required quality, and to ensure the quality of the materials used in construction and external finishes.
