6. The applicant obtains the housing unit after uploading all the documents. The message "Your request has been sent successfully" appears and thus the application process is completed.
In the case of external financing
In this type, the customer brings an external unit and the application steps are as follows:
The customer wishing to obtain a housing unit from the social housing apartments goes to any of the financing entities working in the field of real estate financing, bringing the following documents:
1. The applicant brings a copy of the unit ownership document in the seller's name.
2. The applicant brings a copy of the building license for the unit.

And 250 thousand pounds for a fully finished unit, excluding the maintenance deposit, with a maximum area of 100 meters for the housing unit.
Then after the financing party approves the customer's request, the customer then goes with his documents to the Fund's headquarters.
With a letter from the real estate financing party stating that this letter approves the customer's financing of this residential unit.
With mentioning the full details of the residential unit. Taking into consideration determining the unit price and the level of finishing, and a copy of the unit's evaluation.
