2- A copy of the national ID card "valid" for the applicant and his wife.
3- Attach proof of the net annual or monthly income of the single person or the husband and wife (if she is working), provided that this attached certificate is stamped, signed and dated by the employer on the date of the announcement.
These certificates shall include the net bonuses, allowances, profits and annual incentives received by the applicant or the husband and wife, if any.

As for employees in government agencies and the business sector subject to the state:
Families are required to submit a certified certificate from the employer to reserve a housing unit that includes all basic data on the annual and monthly net income.
As for employees in companies and government sector agencies, the applicant for the housing unit is required to submit a certified certificate that includes all basic data on the annual or monthly net income. These certificates shall indicate the commercial registration number and the tax card of the employer.

Conditions required to obtain housing units for middle-income people.
The Egyptian Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support has set several conditions for families and citizens applying for a housing unit within the announcement of the offered housing units, which are:
1- An individual is not entitled to apply to reserve more than one housing unit in new cities and governorates in one reservation announcement. Announcement 16 offered 125,000 housing units in many governorates with a 3% interest rate and payment over 30 years
2- The applicant for the housing unit reservation must not have previously obtained a housing unit. Or a residential plot of land of any kind in the new cities. Or relinquish it to others or in partnership with others or the applicant or family obtained it by relinquishing it from others within the social housing program projects.
3- The applicant or the family (husband/wife/minor children) has not benefited from the real estate financing initiatives issued by the Central Bank of Egypt. This is by decisions of its Board of Directors dated February 2014 or December 2019 and their amendments or July 2021.
4- The applicant is required to submit a declaration in which he acknowledges the validity of the data and documents submitted by him upon reservation. In the event of a violation by the applicant, he alone shall be criminally and civilly liable.
The Social Fund or the entity owning the housing units has the right to cancel the allocation to him.
And recover the housing unit without warning or court ruling. In addition to taking all legal measures to preserve their rights.
5-The applicant must be a sane person and of Egyptian nationality. The applicant must also be at least 21 years old on the date of the end of the announcement.
In addition to ensuring the eligibility to act and contract, as well as the applicant's age not exceeding the retirement age on the date of the end of the loan period.
6-The applicant's age when applying to reserve a housing unit from the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities from pensioners and pension beneficiaries must not exceed 75 years on the date of the end of the loan period.
Provided that a minimum of 40% of the unit's value is paid as a down payment, with the pension being transferred to the financing entity.
7-It is also necessary not to allow the purchase of housing units in cash, but the applicant is obligated to contract and pay according to the real estate financing system supported by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi through the Central Bank of Egypt's initiatives for middle-income people.
For a maximum period of 25 years, with a return rate of 8% annually (decreasing) for citizens whose total monthly income does not exceed 40 thousand pounds for a single person, and 50 thousand pounds for a family.
Or by the Central Bank initiative issued in July 2021 for a maximum period of 30 years with a return rate of 3% annually (decreasing) for citizens whose total monthly income does not exceed 10 thousand pounds for a single person and 14 thousand pounds for a family.
The Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund, in cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority, has made it possible to view the terms and conditions booklet for the Dar Misr project for middle-income people, through the website dedicated to reservations.
