Urgent The Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support has identified a group of categories and individuals who are not eligible to apply. Reserve units of the Ministry of Social Housing within the current offering of "Housing for All Egyptians".
The Social Housing Fund and Real Estate Finance Support explained that these categories are:
First category: The applicant's monthly income is less than 1,500 pounds, according to what the legal accountant provides.
Second category: If the applicant is over 50 years old.
Third category: If the applicant is under 21 years old.
Fourth category: If the applicant has loans from banks and has not finished paying them.
Fifth category: If the applicant owns a home or it has been inherited by law.
Sixth category: If the income of the single applicant exceeds 6,000 pounds and 8,000 for the married.
Seventh category: In case the applicant is not affiliated with the governorates in which the units are offered
Eighth category: Those who have received any previous support from government agencies (land, housing unit, cooperative housing).
Ninth category: The applicant must have previously obtained a housing unit supported by the Ministry of Housing.
Tenth category: The applicant must have previously obtained a residential plot of land from the Ministry of Housing.
