The residential units in the Darah housing project are reserved by transferring or depositing the contract advances into the Urban Development Fund accounts at the branches of the Bank of Cairo only, without any expenses or requests for cash amounts from any party or intermediaries.

In this context, Engineer Khaled Seddik, Chairman of the Urban Development Fund, said that there are no restrictions or requirements to obtain a residential unit in the "Darah" project, adding that citizens who have already obtained an apartment in one of the social housing projects can also apply for these units.
Khaled Seddik confirmed that the prices of apartments in the "Darah" project range between 760 thousand pounds and 4 million and 640 thousand pounds. The payment systems allow paying 15% of the unit value as a reservation advance, and the rest is paid in installments over 5 years without interest, and in the case of cash payment, the customer gets an 8% discount.
The Urban Development Fund indicated that in the context of the intense demand from citizens to reserve housing units in the Fund's projects, and the Fund's desire to unify data and information about projects and units, as well as the method and way of reservation, reservations are made by calling the short number 15444, or the reservation offices at the project headquarters.

In the same context, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities, represented by the New Urban Communities Authority, aims to achieve revenues of up to 441 million pounds from the sale of medium-income social housing lands within the Maskan project in the fourth offering.
The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities is offering 856 plots of land in the medium-income lands axis, in the cities of (Sadat - New Minya - New Assiut - Badr - West Qena - New Thebes), and applications for the lands will continue until May 30.
