The Ministry of Housing, Utilities and New Urban Communities will begin, for a period of two months, the electronic reservation procedures for the fourth offering for immediate allocation of lands, with a permanent offering system; with the aim of eliminating the phenomenon of land brokers.
The new offering of lands comes in light of the approval of the Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority, to permanently make small residential plots available at all levels, for immediate reservation by entering the website dedicated to reservation Click here below.
This is with the aim of providing plots of land for citizens wishing to build their own homes, permanently and easily, and without any priority, whether (to enter the site, transfer the seriousness of the reservation, or reserve the plot of land).
The offering includes 1747 plots of land, distributed over the various housing axes; as follows: - 65 plots of land in the most distinguished land axis in the cities (6th of October - 15th of May - Al Shorouk - 10th of Ramadan).
- 826 plots of land in the distinguished lands axis, in the cities of (New Borg El Arab - New Nasser "West Assiut" - New Mallawi - New Fashn - New Akhmim). - 856 plots of land in the medium lands axis, in the cities of (Sadat - New Minya - New Assiut - Badr - West Qena - New Taiba).
The steps to reserve the offered plots of land, which will start from Monday, for a period of two months until May 30, begin by entering the reservation website (https://reserve.newcities.gov.eg), to view the available plots of land in each axis, and download the conditions booklet for the axis of the offering that the citizen wishes to reserve. - The person wishing to reserve creates a new account (for new customers), and completes the required data; such as (national number - name from the national ID card - email - mobile number - current address), then chooses the axis and city to be reserved, chooses the location, and clicks on the word Details; to show him a list of all available plots of land (sketches - detailed table).
- Then he completes the rest of the reservation procedures explained in detail on the website, including (inserting the payment currency for the remaining price of the land for the most distinguished plots of land - inserting the completion percentage for the remaining price of the land for the axes of the distinguished and medium plots of land), and even extracting the reservation form that includes all the data and options included by the booker, and it is signed, and attached after signing to the website, as well as attaching a receipt for payment of the reservation earnest money and the expenses of the booklet. - The website will allow bookers to know the number of those wishing to book each plot of land during the opening period of the reservation door, and in the event of crowding for a single plot of land in the axis of the most distinguished plots of land, the payment currency will be referred to, which gives preference to payment in US dollars (transfer from abroad or from within, provided that 60 days have passed since its deposit in the bank), while for the distinguished and medium plots of land, the highest completion percentage for the remaining price of the plot of land is referred to, and in the event of a tie, a public draw will be held between the bookers.
