Nearly 600,000 individuals are searching for information about the results of their applications for the social housing project, particularly the "Housing for All Egyptians 5" announcement, specifically using their national ID number.
Many Ways to Inquire About Social Housing
The Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund has provided several ways to inquire about the results of the "Housing for All Egyptians 5" program. This came after Mai Abdel Hamid, the Fund's CEO, announced that the Fund had completed screening applications for low- and middle-income applicants.
Starting today, SMS text messages will be sent to the phone number registered by the citizen with the information they submitted on the website. The message will include the status of the submitted application, whether it meets or fails, and the next steps to follow.
Meeting the Conditions and Ranking of Applicants
The message will clarify the status of the initial application, in terms of whether the applicant meets the social housing requirements. These conditions include adherence to income and age limits, residence or work, and other conditions of the presidential initiative.
Please note that if the applicant meets the conditions, this does not mean they will receive a housing unit as advertised, but rather merely that they meet the conditions. Following the end of the grievance period, applicants who meet the conditions will be prioritized, and another message will be sent to determine whether the applicant is eligible for an apartment.
Social Housing Inquiry by National ID Number
The Fund has provided several methods for checking the status of an application, other than the text messages that will be sent to all applicants, which will indicate each customer's status in terms of the screening results.
Regarding the methods for inquiring about the results of the Housing for All Egyptians 5 projects for middle- and low-income individuals, they are as follows:
* Inquiry via the website, by:
1. Visit the Social Housing Fund website at https://cservices.shmff.gov.eg/complaints
2. Select "Inquire about the results of Housing for All Egyptians 5"
3. Enter the national ID number and view the results
4. The results will appear on the website as soon as they are announced.
* Send a text message containing the national ID number to "9311" for a service fee of EGP 3. The Fund will respond with the results in a text message.
* Call the Fund's customer service call center, which includes several numbers: 5999, 5777, or 1188 from any mobile phone, and 090071117 from any landline, or by visiting any customer service center at the city departments/housing directorates.
